The fee this year will be $XXX.00 per team and $XX per player for the OVA Insurance.
A $100 deposit will be required on the first week of play and the remaining within 2 weeks from there.
The OVA form must be filled out individually and is a requirement. No guest are permitted on the court unless they have filled out this form and paid the insurance like everyone else.

The league will not be able to refund your money. In case of injury, moves, illness, a pro-rated refund will be discussed.
All extra funds will be donated to Five Counties Children Center.
